On Friday, room 7 went to the Maritime Museum with room 2 and room 3. We learnt all about adventuring and exploring and what that looked like back in the 'olden days'. We got to see lots of boats, both big and small. Lee showed us some of the things you would take on a boat when you go on a big trip. We thought it was pretty cool how he talked about the Pacific Islands and how they found New Zealand.

ReplyDeleteI also enjoyed the trip to the Maritime Museum. The boats were amazing to look at and the noon cannon gave me a huge fright! I am looking forward to our next trip! What was your favourite part of the museum?
