Room 2's Zones of emotions

  1. Hugo liked how you used colours for your feelings. Jasper liked how you go to different places in your classroom to show how you are feeling and to get some help. Felicity liked how you used characters for each of the emotions.

  2. Hello we are your friends from Papatūānuku Studio at Rawhiti School. We would like to give you some helpful comments ... Stella would have love to see some videos of each of the areas. Samara wondered if you could make a longer video with more pictures. Max thought that next time you could write your name somewhere on the video.

  3. I like the way you used deep breaths to help you feel better. In Papatūānuku we use mindfulness techniques to help us stay in our Green Brains. Maybe next time you could use 5 finger breathing, this is a technique we use all the time to help keep us calm. Just put up your hand and take deeps breaths in and out as you trace around the outline of your hand.
