Yesterday we went to Hiwi the Kiwi. At Hiwi the Kiwi we danced and learnt about Fishing for the future.
Here are some of the rules room 2 learnt from the Minstrel.
- You can't take the big Mummy or Daddy fish home, because they are breeders.
- Don't leave plastic lying around because birds think its food.
- Always wear your life jackets, even Dads and Mums need to wear life jackets.
- Always use a wet towel when picking up fish. If you don't use a wet towel you might rub their scales off and if you have to put them back they might die.
- We need to put the little fish back so they get bigger.
- Always take your fishing ruler with you when you're fishing so you can make sure the fish are big enough to eat.
Room 2's favourite part of the show was when the Minstrel said "Come up boo boo" in a girls voice. We all thought he was very funny.
